# AI features and their hurdles

Which AI features have you been using and how did you overcome hurdles common for (generative) AI / GPT?

Hi. I am not currently using any of the AI features - but as we work to stand-up our KB using eGain, we will be using the AI features. I intend to use Instant Answers as the primary way that my Users will interact with eGain. I also intent to use the AI features available to authors to help automate some tasks.
