Hello eGain Team,

Can you please direct us to any documentation that shows how to connect messaging APIs (i.e. that are not available out of the box) to eGain? Please will appreciate your feedback soonest. Thanks.

Hi Patrick, the Messaging APIs documentation is available in the Econet portal, in the **Solve 17 Knowledge Authoring and Interaction API Guide**. In the guide (HTML), go to Messaging APIs in REST API Index for what you need.
