Hello Shalini,

We need to get release ID as one of the required field for integrating a casebase API ( This is the API [/ws/v11/gh/case] it can be found here - [eGain Solve API](https://developer.egain.com/swagger-dev/index.html#/guidedHelp/case ___application_json___ application_xml) ). Please kindly help with how to locate it.

Thanks.

Hi David, the expert has asked me to tell you that, in the API response, this will come as a field name “releaseId”.

PS: It looks like you have posted the same query twice. If yes, we can keep this thread as the primary topic and remove the other one. Thanks!
