Default to Unavailable for Email when logging in

I am working with a customer who would like the users to be Unavailable for Email when they log in. Is there a way to set this in R21? I was looking around all the settings, and I didn’t see one that starts the user as Unavailable for Email.

There is no current ability to set default status/availability settings for email, if needed we can probably add it as a feature request. An admin can set none as a push method for that queue:


And receive no email if they want to manually Pull emails though.
