Our client want’s to know if eGain Supports SQL Server 2017. They are looking at the possibility of moving eGain DB to SQL Server 2017 environment.

SQL SERVER 2016 is what they currently have.

They are on eGain v17.0.6
Ose, V17 is certified on SQL 2019. We moved from 2016 to 2019.
