Client is requesting to setup SSO in eGain using Azure, We got to know eGain cloud only supports SSO using SAML2.0 Please advice on what exactly is required from the client to set it up in eGain?

Hello Ose, For details on configuring customer single sign-on for the application, see eGain Administrator’s Guide to Administration Console if this is for a customer please open a support case to ensure we understand the version details, products (web self service, chat) and any other parameters to help get this configured.
