If the client wants to connect their email directly to eGain using AOuth 2.0 and would like to have a copy on outlook. How can we achieve this without setting up auto-forwarding to another mailbox?
Hi Ose, the expert says this can’t be done. It’s not possible to keep a copy of emails in the Mailbox.
