Please will like to know if there is a possibility of someone able to copy and past emails in eGain just like it’s done on outlook?
Hi, the SME says that each email or activity is linked with a case which follows proper workflow after being retrieved. Copy/pasting emails, therefore, is not possible.

What you can do, if you mean to attach an email to another email, is to go to the printer icon on the Activity Body and click on it, on the email you want to attach:
After that, you will have to go to the printer drop down menu:
And select Save as PDF, and click on Save at the bottom.
You will see how your activity is saved with its act ID.
Then you can go to the email you want to send and attach the activity you just saved from the three dots by the bycicle icon:
