Does eGain have integration with Google Review? Ask from customer is to have an ability to pull the reviews from customer on Google Review into eGain and allow agents to respond to them from eGain which will go as reply to that review in Google Review. Just like how Social product allows agents to respond to feedback on Facebook, X etc.
