How can I use archive settings to future archive during publishing an knowledge article?
Hi Sabyasachi, you can unpublish/hide articles by setting “expiration dates”. You can refer to below feature guide for more information.

We currently don’t have any out of the box functionality to archive articles. eGain Feature Guide has great information explaining various features of eGain products.
