Is it possible to define the max queue depth as an amount of time, rather than volume

Can Max Queue Depth be implemented with Time as a parameter (for eg- 5 mins) instead of Volume of chats as a parameter (like it is currently implemented).

Currently only ‘volume of chat’ is supported for max queue depth configuration. @vthalange, @KDohina, can confirm if there is future roadmap.
