Is the AssistGPT summary answers are supported only in English not in others e.g. dutch, french etc?

Yes, they are supported in different languages.

I have tested by creating a article in Dutch in KB console or email in Dutch in advisor desktop. But when user click on AssistGPT button and attempt to generate the summary using “Generate Summary” or “Summarize email“ prompt. You will see summarized content in English language for Dutch article.

We can modify the prompt from AI console to generate the content in Dutch or any other language. But is there any way to support OOB prompts in multiple languages?

I think you can do that using the AI console.

From here you can give commands to the AI so generate a summary in different languages.

I am not an expert, just an eGain user but hope this can help!
