Hi Ose, here’s what the Senior Engineer in QE asked me to tell you:
There are 2 ways to complete activities in bulk.
- From the tools console > Go to Utility > Complete activities utility and then put all the activity ID to compete.
- From Advisor desktop ( If there are less no of activities and save draft reply not present) - see attached.
We can select multiple email activities after pressing & holding Ctrl key and select activities that we want to complete (not allowed for save draft created).

Activity can be completed using alarm workflow using filter in alarm node and completion node.
Alarm workflow can be configured like this:
Start node > alarm node (for filter) > completion node
Rule for activity age in alarm node can be configured in the way shown in the attached image.
