Are you looking to enhance your content with visuals? eGain offers an easy solution to incorporate multimedia elements into your articles within the application.
To start, let’s add images to the article. Open the content editor in the Knowledge Console and click the Add Image button. In the pop-up window, you can either drag and drop your image or browse for it on your local machine. You also have the option to add the URL of images hosted on an external site. You can adjust the dimensions and padding for the image as per requirements. The application accepts multiple image formats including .GIF, .SVG, .BMP, .JPG, .JPEG, .JPE, .PNG, and .TIF, and each image must be within the size limit of 12MB.
Once you have added the image, you can also add a hyperlink to the image that would direct users to an external site. To do so, go to the source tab and add your URL enclosed in anchor tags within the image tags.
