Is it possible to add a dynamic image into an article?

Is it possible to add a PDF file via URL to an article. The PDF is updated regularly and uses the link (https://www.harmonie.org/file/Venue%20Maps/Alabama.pdf). Something similar to this where the image displays but if you click on it you can go directly to the site?

Hi,
You can upload the image as usual and then add a link to it so that users clicking on the image will be directed to the URL you’ve added.

After adding the image, select it, click the Link button or press Ctrl + K, and paste the desired URL.
