I submitted my final project two weeks ago for the Knowledge Author Certification course in eGain University. Does anyone know how long approval usually takes? I’m eager to get started on the next course!

Welcome to eGain Community. When I submitted my exams for the first time I did not receive the scores so I emailed Training@egain.com and they responded back.
That is my piece of advice!
