Please will like to know if it’s possible to initiate Social Messaging DM chats from eGain to a customer?

Hi All,
We cannot initiate DM social messages from eGain. However, only for Facebook we can reply to public messages privately. If the end user replies and chat is configured, then the messages come in as chat.
