Hello eGain Support Team,

Thanks for your responses so far. As regards social media channels, please how many of the social media channel Direct Messages (DMs) can be setup on eGain. We’ve done for Facebook, and will like to know if DMs for Twitter and Instagram can be setup in eGain? If Yes, kindly guide. A swift feedback will really be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Patrick, Twitter DMs are supported. Instagram direct messages are not yet available.

Many thanks for the feedback, Please is there a time frame of when we should expect Instagram DM to be available. Customers will like to have it on board.
