I have been asked by a customer whether 7 service accounts for 310 mailboxes is an optimal setup to ensure stable service? Can anyone with experience of this please provide any feedback.

“Service account to mailbox ratio should not affect service stability, but we recommend 50 emails per service account for better organization.”
