Can you please explain the use case or give an example of the function of the Redirection Email Addresses field when creating an alias?
Hi David, please see below response from one of our product expert:
It can be used for routing all emails to a centralized email, for example if you have supportus@xyz.com, supporteu@xyz.com and supportcn@xyz.com but have decided to have centralized global email to handle support requests at support@xyz.com. All emails going to those 3 emails would be automatically redirect to this new email alias.
