ReleaseID on casebase API

Hello Shalini,

We need to get release ID as one of the required field for integrating a casebase API ( This is the API [/ws/v11/gh/case] it can be found here - eGain Solve API ). Please kindly help with how to locate it.

Hi David, the expert has asked me to tell you that, in the API response, this will come as a field name “releaseId”.
