Reuse custom template

A custom template portal was build to support specific requirements of one Business Unit. Is the same template with all the custom build functionalities be applicable to another Business unit for their own portal?

Thanks Varun, a further follow-up Q on this is if we reuse the custom template build for existing BU, is there a further customization available based on the needs of that new BU?

Hi Sabyasachi,

New customization on existing template for new BU which involves code change will be picked up as a new Professional Service project.

Please raise a support ticket by visiting eGain Support Portal and support team will involve CSM if needed.
