Anyone Here Using Generative AI for Customer Support Tasks?

Hey folks,

I have been digging into how Generative AI is being put to use in the customer support space & I want to know about what others are doing with it. Beyond just chatbots, are you using it for anything such as creating agent responses, summarizing long conversations or building help content?

I am trying to figure out what is practical & what is just hype. Are you using eGain’s built-in AI tools or mixing in third-party solutions? And how do you make sure the AI responses are still helpful and accurate?

I completed a generative AI course, which gave me a good intro to the concepts but I am more interested in how it is being applied in the real world. If you have got any tips, stories or lessons learned I want to hear them.
