I’ve just created a custom template with the theme editor. I am trying to view my portal with the name of this theme in the long url, but I get the message that the team can not be found. How do I apply a custom created theme to my agent-portal?

Please make sure that the theme is published. Once it is published, you can replace the name of the out-of-the-box template with the name of your custom theme in the portal long URL.

It does not quite works as easy as you described. This is something I tried, but this gave me errors. Found out though, that in the manage portals section of my portal I can create a new shortcut for my portal, including the published theme. This is something that does work!
