Currently, a customer is having an issue with their KB. They have multiple portals for various teams, and recently a portal was created for more specialized cases.
After their Knowledge Team have authored articles and tagged them with the specific portal access tag, the articles don’t show up. However, when the articles are tagged with the original access tag (different from the new portal), these articles appear on the new portal.
I have looked through the Console, and could not find the settings for Access Tags. Can you help me provide additional clarifications on how this could be done?
