Guidance Articles not Appearing in Portal

While navigating through a Guided Help in one customer’s Dev system, Guidance articles are not showing up in portal even when they are assigned to a question. Could this be due to a configuration, or is it a bug?

Two common reasons I have seen this issue is, if its imported casebase, guidance article’s article type becomes general during that copy and hence guidance article do not show up. Or check the setting on portal “Show additional details for search results”.
