We have issue reported by customer where they added attachment under greetings folder. When these attachments are added in reply pane it takes around 10 seconds to paint the attach icon on UI. We have verified the browser traces and can observe a savedraft is being called after which this icon is being reflected.
Although we do not have any issue as attachment gets sent to receiver if mail is sent before icon is appears on UI.
Can someone please confirm whether this is working as per design as we observe this behavior both on ECE 12.6 and R21.

The code is working as intended but I acknowledge that this is a design issue as attachments are not reflected. Please file a bug and we will pick it up.
