The email team would like to have a default font and size setup for responding to emails. Is it possible to configure a default font and size?

I am working with a customer that also has this question. They would like to set a default font for email replies and new messages. Is there a way to set the default font for email replies and new messages?

This is possible but may need some help from the managed/professional services team. They would need to invoke a customization using the Advisor Desktop Widget APIs (found here: Advisor Desktop Widget APIs) and using the beforeEmailCkeditorInit method. Using js, they can set a configuration for default font/font size.
