Yes, you can make real-time updates to knowledge articles directly from the Analytics Console. Using the Knowledge Manager gadget in the OOTB Knowledge Manager dashboards, you can click on any article listed in the Lowest Rated Articles grid to view its details, including any pending suggestions. By selecting the Edit button, you’ll be taken to the Knowledge Console, where you can modify the article, incorporate suggestions, and enhance its content. This allows you to quickly respond to feedback and improve article ratings directly from the analytics data.
