Is is possible to get a concurrent user report so we can determine when we are getting close to exceeding our licenses?
We don’t have an Analytics report to track this, but you can check how many concurrent licenses are currently being consumed by logging into any Solve consoles (Admin console, Knowledge console, etc.). Once logged in, click your username in the upper-right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu, then select About eGain. When the window appears, navigate to the License section to view detailed information about your license usage.
