Is there a way to view all of the reports that I (or my team) has scheduled? Instead of needing to go one by one through each report to look at schedules?

If this isn’t possible - this is a FANTASTIC future enhancement idea :slight_smile:

Thanks for the idea. We will take it on board.

If you have access to manage the users in your team, then you can view the schedules on a user-by-user basis. This may be quicker than report-by-report. To do this:

  1. Open the navigation menu in the top-left corner.
  2. In the menu, select the option: Security > Users.
  3. Navigate to the folder containing the users in your team and click on a user.
  4. In the user properties, you will see a Schedules tab.

This tab lists all of the schedules owned by the user, across all the reports that they have scheduled.
