Hi Patrick, the Messaging APIs documentation is available in the Econet portal, in the Solve 17 Knowledge Authoring and Interaction API Guide . You can find it here - https://econet.egain.com/kb/dev/content/EASY-3531/eGain-Solve-17-Knowledge-Authoring-and-Interaction-API-Guide. In the guide (HTML), go to Messaging APIs in REST API Index for what you need.
