Flexibility in arranging topics

Hi Team,

Currently topics are arranged in alphabetical order. Can we custom order these topics?

The top-level topics in a portal can be sloshed and arranged, but not the sub-topics of a topic.

Varun, could you provide instructions on how to slosh and arrange the top-level topics? I don’t see any options within the admin portal and I can’t drag-to-arrange the topics.

Hi Nora,
You can follow these steps to slosh more topics and arrange them as required.

  1. On the Topics tab, click the Add button to add more topics.

  2. In the Add Topics modal, click the topic you want to add to the portal from the Available Topics list and then click the add button to slosh it to the Selected Topics list.

  3. In the Selected Topics list, select the topic you wish to move and then click the Move Up and Move Down buttons to arrange the list as desired.

  4. Click Done to save your changes.
