Is there a possibility to add Sub-topic filtering via personalisation to articles. Currently there is only filtering through tags and topics, is there a solution that allows for further filtering? Or the possibility to add the feature?
Hi, can you please provide an example of a situation where this additional filtering would be useful? Also, when they say “topic” do they mean the knowledge object or something outside our product terminology?
