Is there any impact on moving folders in the case where the topics from folder is not in use by the portal.
Response from the expert:
If the topics from folders for the folder being moved are not selected in any portal, either directly or indirectly (i.e., topics that are below a selected topic are indirectly selected), then moving the folder will have no side effects with regards to what topics/articles users will see in portals.
