Hello Support Team,

Please are there ways news feeds can be linked to Advisor Desktop. To enable working agents get notifications on Advisor Desktop on what’s trending in the organization.

There are few ways to go about achieving the requirement.

  1. Add feed in a custom info pane section.
  2. Use DUO framework with hidden iframe to send notification to user
  3. Use Guidance notification framework (this is tied to activity).
