Best Practice for Migrating Content to Knowledge Console

If you’re working with articles, migrating content from text editors like MS Word to the Knowledge Console becomes a common task.

As importing the content of a file directly as an article is not feasible, so you might decide to manually copy-paste the content into an article, while it works, there is a way you can do this task easily and more accurately, using Paste from Word.

  1. Open the Word file.
  2. Create a blank article for the content.
  3. In the Text Editor toolbar, click the Paste from Word button.
  4. Copy and paste the whole content from the Word file in the area provided, and click OK.
