Storage - Exceeding limits - Backup options

We’ve been live for a few months for a select group of users and have already hit our cap on storage. Curious if others have experienced similar situations and more importantly what your backup/purge procedures are. Thanks

Below are the steps to purge data that you can perform on your end.

  1. ⁠Log into Admin console as Partition Administrator.

  2. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition space.

  3. From the Navigation menu, browse to Storage > Purge Jobs.

  4. On the Purge Jobs page, click New.

  5. On the General properties page, go to General tab and provide the following details: Name, Action for when open activities are encountered, Description, Status.

  6. Go to the Options tab and provide the following details: Data to purge, Data older than.

  7. Go to the Schedule tab and give the following details: Select when purge job should run, Day on which job should run, Start time, End time.

  8. For Set a duration for this schedule, provide the following: Start Date, End Date.

  9. Click Save.
