We’ve been live for a few months for a select group of users and have already hit our cap on storage. Curious if others have experienced similar situations and more importantly what your backup/purge procedures are. Thanks
Below are the steps to purge data that you can perform on your end.

Log into Admin console as Partition Administrator.

From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition space.

From the Navigation menu, browse to Storage > Purge Jobs.

On the Purge Jobs page, click New.

On the General properties page, go to General tab and provide the following details: Name, Action for when open activities are encountered, Description, Status.

Go to the Options tab and provide the following details: Data to purge, Data older than.

Go to the Schedule tab and give the following details: Select when purge job should run, Day on which job should run, Start time, End time.

For Set a duration for this schedule, provide the following: Start Date, End Date.

Click Save.
